accessAbilities has been providing programs and services in western PA since 1954. As a 501c3 nonprofit organization, the Agency offers First Steps Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers from birth to age 3. accessAbilities also provides Home & Community Services, for adults with a physical, developmental or intellectual disability.
accessAbilities staff work to improve the quality of life for those they serve who remain the first priority in providing exceptional care. As an employer, the Agency encourages growth through training, mentoring and career opportunities. The Agency employs over 300 team members who work in a culture of care and compassion, and as a team, to achieve greater independence and enhanced quality of life for those served.
