Alex's Care Kit
Resource Details
We have carefully curated each and every item that is inside to bring a little joy and comfort into the lives of pediatric cancer patients in honor of Alex. Included inside each Alex’s Care Kit are an ATF shirt, ATF beanie, panda bear stuffed animal, star stress ball, fidget spinner, journal, rainbow scratch pad, and two pairs of Bombas socks.
A nominee is any child currently undergoing cancer treatment. All nominations will be accepted on a rolling basis and shipped directly to the nominee. Nominators will receive an email within 24 to 48 business hours of submission.
