Our mission is to provide the best services possible to the individuals we serve with the WV I/DD Waiver Program. Our team strives to provide services that will enhance the independence of the individuals served, offer support for their families, and increase participation in the community in which they live. To help each individual increase their independence, while maintaining safety for the individual, and their families. To provide linkage to programs and/or other services that could help and assist individuals to reach their goals. To be professional and courteous at all times. To provide a positive, fair and safe work environment for our employees. To employ the highest quality of staff possible to provide excellent care to our individuals as well as keep our organization running effectively, and ethically. To follow all applicable state regulations including Behavioral Health Licensure.
