Financial Assistance Program for Cancer Patients in Michigan
Please review the criteria below to determine if your family meets our guidelines for assistance.
Dependency
There must be a legally dependent minor (26 years of age or younger) in the patient’s home.
Diagnosis
Patient must be receiving active treatment for a cancer diagnosis*.
Need
Family must be able to show current or projected loss of income, or an increase in expenses, due to a cancer diagnosis.
If you meet our program requirements, please reach out to a Social Worker or Nurse Navigator at the hospital at which you are receiving treatment. He/she will assist you in applying for financial assistance from our foundation.
