Blessing House
Resource Details
Blessing House is a children's crisis care facility in Lorain county. We provide residential care for children (ages birth through 12 years) when a child needs a safe place to stay due to family being in crisis or facing an emergency. Services are free, and parents maintain custody and contact with their children during their stay; placement is voluntary by parent, guardian or caregiver. Blessing House focus areas include safe shelter, family advocacy, advocacy and outreach, child advocacy, trauma, early childhood specialist, education liason.
