Calderone Caring Foundation

Calderone Caring Foundation is a not for profit charitable organization dedicated to helping Pennsylvanians who encounter problems with the health of their children. We work with local children’s hospitals to reach families who need our help. We offer help in ways that most often happen to be financial support. No parent should have to worry about expenses when they are caring for a sick child at the hospital for extended periods of time. To reduce the worry for those families we offer paid parking, food vouchers, gift bags, date nights for parents while staying at the hospital. After they leave the hospital, we offer assistance in getting medical supplies that may not be covered or fully paid for by medical insurance. Our organization also offers college scholarships at multiple high schools around the area for students that desire to continue their education in the medical field. With these programs we hope to ease the worries of parents going forward, and help young students find their path into the medical field.
