Resource Details
Catch-A-Dream grants once-in-a-lifetime hunting and fishing experiences to children 18 years old or younger who have a life-threatening illness.
Child must be between 6-18 years of age, at least 8 years old for hunting, a U.S. or Canadian citizen, a qualifying physician-certified life-threatening illness, and has not had another fishing or hunting grant.
