Cleaning for a Reason is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that offers free home cleaning to cancer patients in the United States and Canada. Our goal is to remove the burden of cleaning and allow those recovering from surgery, in active treatment, or in hospice to focus on their health and spending valuable time with loved ones.
Any woman, man, or child in active cancer treatment is eligible for our services. You may fill out the application for yourself, or on behalf of someone you know undergoing cancer treatment who has agreed to receive our services.
Once matched with a cleaning company, a patient will receive up to two free home cleanings (one cleaning per month). Please note that this is not a guaranteed service.
