Coalfield Community Action Partnership, Inc. is a private non-profit 501(c)3 corporation that serves residents of Southern West Virginia and Eastern Kentucky. Coalfield CAP offers a variety of services and programs including Head Start, Community Services Block Grant, Weatherization, Personal Care, Seniors, and more.
Coalfield Community Action Partnership, Inc. is one of the 16 Community Action Agencies in the state of West Virginia. The mission of Coalfield CAP, Inc. is: Partnering to create opportunities for families and communities.
The promise of Community Action is, Community Action changes peoples lives, embodies the spirit of hope, improves communities, and makes America a better place to live. We care about the entire community and we are dedicated to helping people help themselves and each other.
