The mission of the Columbiana County Career and Technical Center is to prepare youth and adults to make informed career choices and to successfully enter, compete and advance in a changing work world. This mission will be achieved through a concerted effort of both the education and business communities working together to offer education, training, and support services which will develop the following: Occupational Competence Academic Achievement Critical Thinking and Higher Order Thinking Skills.
