Community Counseling Center is a private, non-profit behavioral health treatment agency that focuses on "Engaging the Community in Recovery" in Ashtabula county. We provide treatment of mental health and substance use disorders for adults, adolescents, children 3 years of age and older, and families. Services include: Diagnostic Assessment, Psychiatry, Individual/Family/Group Counseling, Community Psychiatric Support Treatment (CPST/Case Management), SUD IOP, Medication Assisted Treatment, and Supported-Employment. We also provide a wide variety of specialized services to meet the needs of the community, including: School-based services, WRAP, Youth and Young Adults in Transition to Independence, Parent Project and Loving Solutions Classes, Celebrating Families!, coordination with specialized court dockets, and support/education groups.
SITCAP therapy is available (Structured sensory integration for traumatized children), as well as evidence-based interventions, including:
Trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy
Trauma-focused integrated play therapy
Preschool PTSD treatment
Child-parent psychotherapy
Nurturing parent program for parents and their school-age children
Stepped care trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy
