Directions for Youth and Families is a resiliency-oriented and trauma-informed agency whose mission is to build and inspire hope, healing, and resilience for youth, families, and communities through counseling and education, counseling services are availablefor individuals 5 years of age and older, including yoga, mindfulness therapies, and evidence-based interventions such as:
Child-parent psychotherapy
Child and family traumatic stress intervention
Attachment, regulation, and competency (ARC)
Child witness to violence program
Sensory-based interventions and services
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT
Tapping and/or Emotional Freedom Techniques
