Disability Rights Ohio has received many questions since March 31, when we and our partners filed a class action lawsuit against the state of Ohio over its service system for people with developmental disabilities in Ohio. Our first fact sheet set forth basic background information and our goals for filing the suit. Now a second fact sheet attempts to answer why we felt it was critical to file the lawsuit now and the problems with the state's recent $286 million investment to create new waivers.
