Greenleaf Family Center is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) family service organization that has served communities since 1912. Beginning as the Charity Organization Society of Akron, Greenleaf opened under the auspices of Goodyear founder F. A. Seiberling and Firestone founder Harvey Firestone. The original mission of over 100 years ago continues today as Greenleaf Family Center endeavors to strengthen families in our community through counseling, education, and support. Greenleaf Family Center serves nearly 10,000 individuals annually. Programs include:
