Jaworski Physical Therapy, Inc. serves the diverse population of Elyria and all surrounding communities. Our 6,000 square foot facility houses 6 individual treatment rooms, 2 spacious gyms, a heated pool, and an outdoor therapy area. Our physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, and certified athletic trainers offer a number of specialty programs and rehabilitation including orthopedics, post surgical rehab, neck/back disorders, sports, rotator cuff injuries, aquatic therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, work conditioning and functional capacity assessments for return to work. We also offer programs that promote wellness including falls prevention, postural awareness, and individual fitness programs specifically tailored to one’s needs.
