The mission of Kids Join the Fight’s Pediatric Cancer Family Program is to ensure children battling childhood cancer have the financial assistance needed for travel, lodging, meals, childcare, or any other living expenses.
Eligibility Checklist
Your child must be diagnosed with cancer.
Your child must have been diagnosed on or before their 18th birthday and treated before their 21st birthday.
Adults who relapse after their 18th birthday and were not previously assisted are not eligible.
Your child must be a U.S. citizen or a U.S. resident with an I-551 card (green card) for at least 12 months and no prior history of the current illness.
Up to $750 in assistance per year is available.
Eligible uses include:Mortgage or rent
Utility payments
Childcare
Health insurance premiums
Car expenses
Treatment-related expenses
