Library for the Blind and Print Disabled - West Virginia
Resource Details
The Special Services Division administers the regional library serving West Virginia for the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, a division of the Library of Congress. It provides direct library services to West Virginians who cannot utilize standard size print because of blindness, visual impairment, or disability. Special Services loans talking book machines, audio books, descriptive videos, Braille books, and audio newspapers and magazines. Services provided include:
