Monroe Health Center has been serving the residents of Monroe and surrounding counties for over 40 years. We are continually changing to meet the healthcare needs of the community by expanding our services, facilities, and medical staff to provide high-quality healthcare.
Professionals consist of full-time, board-certified family practice physicians, physician's assistants, nurse practitioners, and sixty various medical and administrative support staff located among the centers. The Monroe Health Center operates three satellite sites in Peterstown, WV, Forest Hill, WV, and Craig County, VA.
Wellness Centers have been opened in every school in the counties we serve. Children and staff are able to be seen by licensed healthcare professionals every day school is in session. Each Wellness Center is staffed by a family nurse practitioner or physician assistant and a licensed medical professional.
In 2010 Monroe Health Center expanded services to include family dentistry at the Craig County Dental Center. The professional staff consists of a full-time board-certified dentist, a full-time dental hygienist, and two full-time dental assistants.
