MUSC Mom's IMPACTT
Resource Details
Mom's IMPACTT is a mental health and substance use disorder resource and referral program for people who are pregnant or within 12 months postpartum, and any health care provider caring for a pregnant or postpartum person.
Free care coordination, mental health screening, referrals to community resources, perinatal psychiatric consultation, telehealth services, therapy referrals, medication consultation, and provider support.
Demographic Restrictions
Pregnant individuals and parents up to 12 months postpartum in South Carolina experiencing mental health and/or substance use concerns. Healthcare providers caring for pregnant or postpartum patients may also use the program.
