OCSHCN provides comprehensive care to children and youth with special health care needs who are KY residents, are younger than 21, meet medical eligibility, and meet financial eligibility. OCSHCN can provide services for children with special health care needs through on-site clinics, satellite clinics or financial assistance, this includes medical services, therapy services, hearing loss services, and support services. Clinic programs include autism spectrum disorder, cardiology, cerebral palsy, cleft lip and palate and craniofacial anomalies, eye, neurology, orthopedic, otology, and scoliosis.

Child has to be under the age of 21.
