Ohio Department of Job and Family Services provides refugee, service to refugees that are resettled in Ohio as part of a national and, international effort to help individuals displaced from their countries to find, a new home and new life. The goal of the Refugee Program Services is to prove aid, to refugees and others granted refugee status achieve economic self-sufficiency, and social adjustment. Other services provided are refugee cash assistance,, medical assistance, social services, translation and interpretation services, referral, services, citizenship and nationalization services.
