Ohio Valley Goodwill is a comprehensive employment and training center that provides an array of services for individuals with disabilities. Services include: vocational evaluation, job development and placement services, work site supports (job coaching), Skill Training programs (Food Services, Janitorial and Computers), Pre-Vocational services, Supported work crews, Life enrichment programs as well as Community Access and integration and services for youth. Individuals that choose to participate in Ohio Valley Goodwill's programs are usually sponsored by Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (formerly known as the Rehabilitation Services Commission, local school districts and county boards of developmental disabilities.

Goodwill has satellite vocational service center locations on both the East and West sides of Cincinnati as well as in Butler and Warren Counties. Goodwill offers a door-to-door van service, personal care assistance and medical support services.
