Since 1971, Portage Path has been a nonprofit community mental health center that helps area residents, regardless of their ability to pay, recover from mental illness and related substance use issues.
More than 10,000 Summit County (Ohio) residents move toward recovery each year through our comprehensive array of clinical services including:
Psychiatry
Medication management
Individual and group therapy
Dual diagnosis treatment
Emergency evaluation
Crisis stabilization
Day treatment (Pathways program)
Case management
On site primary care
