ProMedica Toledo Children's Hospital Teen PEP Program
Resource Details
Together with the Ohio Department of Health, ProMedica Russell J. Ebeid Children’s Hospital is proud to sponsor Teen PEP (Peers Educating Peers for Positive Social Change). Designed to educate young people about important social matters, this program has been effective for more than 25 years in Toledo area schools.
Program topics can include:
Bullying prevention.
Mental health and wellness.
Sexual assault prevention.
Social justice.
Teen dating violence and healthy relationships.
By customizing each school’s program, we keep the program material relevant to situations its students face every day. And with older kids using their influence over younger students in a constructive way, we not only help create a school environment where responsible decisions are respected and valued, we help create a new generation of leaders.
