Ravenwood Health is a Trauma Informed Agency that strives to provide a safe and compassionate community that supports and respects the unique journey of each person’s path to healing, creating hope for all those who walk through our doors.
Trauma Informed Care is an organizational structure and treatment framework that involves understanding, recognizing, and responding to the effects of all types of trauma. Trauma Informed Care also emphasizes physical, psychological and emotional safety for both consumers and providers, and helps survivors rebuild a sense of control and empowerment.
Funding is provided by the Geauga County Board of Mental Health and Recovery Services and the United Way Services Geauga.
