The purpose of SCC is to help visually impaired individuals achieve self-confidence, social independence, self-sufficiency and technology needed to function evenly with their sighted peers. We offer a comprehensive service to children and young adults who are blind & visually impaired. We also offer support to the parents & families in a wide geographic location which include:
