The Southern Ohio Task Force on Domestic Violence is a non-profit agency that helps abused victims in Scioto county become empowered survivors.
We offer 24 hour crisis hotline, crisis intervention counseling, court advocacy, emergency temporary shelter, safety planning, information and education. Legal advocacy including accompaniment to court and meetings, assistance obtaining protective orders, criminal court advocacy for victim witnesses, and courtroom preparation. We partner with community agencies and families to assist victims in accessing the judicial system, medical treatment and other local resources.
