Sylvania Community Services Center

Sylvania Community Services offers the following services:

• Child Care

  • The Child Care program provides safe, affordable care for children and peace of mind for parents. Services provided are before/after school care for grades K – 5 located in Sylvania Elementary Schools; curriculum-based preschool with all day care for 3 to 5 year olds in two locations: Northview High School Preschool room, and at Woodrow Child Care Center. Additionally care is provided during teacher in-service days, late start days and weather delays/cancellations along with extensive programs for winter, spring and summer breaks. • Sylvania Senior Center

  • The Sylvania Senior Center located at 7140 Sylvania Avenue provides a broad spectrum of services, including health, social, education, and recreational services. It serves as a focal point for the delivery of services to older adults in the Sylvania community. The Sylvania Senior Center serves close to 3,000 people annually age 55+ in its programs.
