I would like the opportunity to introduce myself, my name is Kimberlee Franz and I am a certified Children's Etiquette Owner/Instructor here in the Northeast Ohio area. As you are well aware, today, parents are realizing the need for etiquette and manners education. By attending such classes, children may then reach their full potential by giving them the necessary tools they need to build successful lives.

As a certified, background checked, and insured Etiquette Instructor, I specialize in etiquette instruction for children, ages preschool through high school. The Etiquette Factory is a unique learning experience designed to change the world, one person at a time. We define manners as Helping those around you to feel valued. Over 50 different etiquette skills are taught using games, role-play, props, music, stories, treats and kind discussion. Some of the skills included are Proper Introductions, Dining Etiquette, Kindness, Tact, Conversation, Being Guest, Sincere Apologies and so much more! Who knew learning manners could be such fun.
