Started in 1966, Tuscarawas County Council for Church and Community (T4C) addresses humanitarian needs such as poverty and house. This is done through Emergency Assistance programs (utilities/rent), Educational programs (Healthy Choices for Youth for middle school students, Youth Boosters for elementary students, and A-Team (A=Abstinence) for high school students), and a county-wide Christmas aid program for low-income families and individuals.
