At WOCAP, we open paths to self-sufficiency and empowerment for individuals and families to enhance our community.
With pride in service and a commitment to excellence, WOCAP provides opportunities for individuals and families to reach their highest potential by providing stepping stones to success.
We offer prenatal care to Head Start programs that care for children from a healthy pregnancy to early development and ultimately a more successful learning path.
WOCAP works with Teens and Young Adults striving to reach further and accomplish more we have GED programs, Workshops for achievement and help in setting and realizing goals.
For families and elderly in need of assistance we offer E-HEAP and PIPP to ensure that basic heat and power are provided.
Through all of these programs and many, many more we strive to help those who need a hand up to bettering their situation.
