West Virginia Children's Health Project
Resource Details
The West Virginia Children’s Health Project (WVCHP) provides comprehensive primary care to children and adolescents living in rural and somewhat isolated areas of southwestern West Virginia.
Accessing high-quality healthcare can be a challenge for these families due to lack of financial resources and transportation. The WVCHP overcomes many of these barriers by providing services to these families out of their mobile medical clinic at weekly clinics conducted at school and community sites across three counties.
