WVPCA is the federally-designated primary care association for the state and the link between federal, state, and local entities providing healthcare for nearly one-third of our state’s residents.
Our services assist members in providing high-quality, cost-effective, equitable healthcare and address the specific needs of Health Center leadership, workforce, and boards of directors. Specifically, we offer a wide variety of services targeted toward the needs and infrastructure of Community Health Centers in policy and advocacy, administration and finance, cooperative purchasing, recruitment, workforce and culture, emergency preparedness, information technology, patient engagement, and clinical care and performance improvement.
